Our Making Process

Making times

• Orders for smaller or in stock items are normally processed within 2 to 3 working days.
• For made to order items, and heavier jewellery such as bangles, statement earrings or chunky rings, please allow approximately 2 weeks for making and hallmarking, plus delivery.
• Timescales for bespoke design are quoted individually. 
• Making times may vary depending on demand, and are subject to availability of materials and outside services.

About handmade

• All our jewellery is handmade to order in-house, individually and in small batches.
• Our jewellery designs are built, finished and textured by hand, so there may be small natural variations from the photograph.
• We design, draw and sculpt all our collections in-house, so you can be confident you are purchasing an original work.
• Silver jewellery is hallmarked where applicable according to weight. All our gold jewellery is hallmarked with London assay marks.
• The hallmark includes our unique registered makers mark.
• All designs and finished pieces are copyright and are the intellectual property of Sophie Eyles and Outline Jewellery.
