Returns
Returns:
- We offer a 30 day return only policy on all our jewellery with the exception of bespoke / personalised / specially modified orders - which are not returnable unless faulty. To arrange a return, please email hello@outlinejewellery.com within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are normally issued within 14 days of return. Please note, postage is not refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. However you can return an unwanted item for a refund as per our returns policy, and place a new order for an alternative item.
Order cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your jewellery has already been made and posted, our refund policy applies and / or you have 14 days to cancel the order and a further 14 days to return the goods after cancellation.
Faulty items
- Faulty items will only be accepted for return if they have been damaged during delivery, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of delivery. Items will be assessed upon return.
- If your package arrives open or damaged in transit, we will replace the item and cover the cost of additional delivery. Please do not accept the delivery and contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund. If delivery has been accepted, we will require visual proof of the damage.
- Items showing fair wear and tear, tarnishing, or accidental damage are not accepted as faulty. However we can offer a repair service or remake a lost earring for a small charge to cover repair and postage costs.
Gift returns
- If the item was purchased as a gift, all the above policies still apply, and the return credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
